We will allow teams that ran in the meet in 2009 to declare first. From 5/11-5/21 on www.millcreekcrosscountry.com there will be a form set up for teams to declare if you want to run the race if you ran in it last year. You will also declare what races you want to sign up for. From 5/22 on, the remaining spots will be filled from any other teams wishing to participate (check the messageboard on gatfxc.com for info). DECLARING DOES NOT MEAN YOU GET IN! We will notify teams and post a list on GATFXC.com as well as the Coach Wood page on www.millcreekcrosscountry.com Any teams that declare but are not among the first 25 to declare will be placed on a waiting list.
We are also pleased to announce that we are going to electronic timing this year. We will be using the MYLAPS Bib timing system, where the chip is embedded in the bib that runners where. They can be discarded after the race. This will allow us to do away with the chaotic chute and get results out faster. An individual boys or girls team will be $100 or if you bring boys and girls it is $200. So the max a school would pay is $200, which includes all races they run.
