Welcome to Mill Creek Cross Country
We are in the process of preparing for the 2010 season
Physicals will be held at Mill Creek HS on May 8th from 8:00am to 12:00. You must have an updated physical on file with the school in order to participate in summer practice and the regular season!!!
Make sure you fill out every part of the form including Insurance and Policy # information or you will not be allowed to run!!!
